Job Description:


  • Supervise the team and all tasks of the accounting department;
  • Invoicing, archiving and control;
  • Preparing the VAT and other taxes declaration;
  • Bank and other account reconciliations;
  • Balance breakdown and analysis of accounts;
  • Participation in the management tasks of the area itself, such as the preparation of activity plans, etc.;
  • Ensure the preservation of the archive of documents under the terms established by the legislation in force;
  • Support in budgetary management control;
  • Preparation of account reports;
  • Monitoring and management of the customer portfolio;
  • Billing management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualifications at the level of a Degree in Management, Accounting or in a related area;
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in similar functions;
  • Experience of more than 3 years working with  software;
  • Knowledge and experience in accounting entries;
  • Knowledge and experience in billing to customers;
