Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities
•    Establish contact with potential clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails, and presentations.
•    Prepare and deliver customer presentations/demonstrations of the products articulately and confidently.
•    Periodically analyze the usage of all registered accounts on all platforms to determine the active and dormant clients.
•    Prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing company services and products through consultative-selling skills.
•    Promptly and efficiently respond to all enquiries made via calls, emails, website, web-chat, walk-in customers and social media platforms with a view to converting them to active customers.
•    Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis
•    Develop a short, concise and creative strategy to retain the clients including conducting short interviews with a view to get feedback and incorporate it into the business growth.
•    Ensure the sales pipeline is healthy and apply creative mechanisms to generate interest in products and services and new business leads.
•    Identify and develop new business through networking, courtesy, and follow-up calls.
•    Cultivate and maintain an excellent customer relationship culture in order to ensure optimal customer retention as well as grow referrals business.. 

•    Business Degree/Diploma or Equivalent with a Technology qualification as an added advantage.
•    At least  2- 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
•    Experience in selling IT Solutions.

•    Demonstrate evidence of exceeding sales targets and the ability to build successful customer relationships in previous roles.
•    Consulting Experience.
