Job Description:


  • Processing loan applications in the branch by exercising the control and evaluation processes determined by the company.
  • Evaluation of the documentation submitted by the Client.
  • Organization of the loan file and presentation of the case for approval according to the criteria defined in the lending process.
  • Management of various requests from clients regarding information and loan processes received from them.
  • Carrying out cash transactions for processed loan payments and cash management according to appropriate standards.
  • Serving customers in the branch, taking care of their requests and properly addressing reported problems according to the company’s internal processes.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in the customer service sector for at least 1 year.
  • Strong skills in identifying and solving problems.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Professionally able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent time manager and with the ability to prioritize the fulfillment of several tasks simultaneously.
