Design Architect For A Group

Job Description:

• Draws up the structures/drawings/plans in accordance with the requests of the investor and Municipalities or Municipalities in accordance with the laws/regulations in force.
• Designs, plans the deadlines for the delivery of the architectural project and supervises during the construction implementation phase.
• Creates all necessary drawings using appropriate design software, which generate the overall shape and appearance of the building.
• Design the final project.
• Processes the approved project.
• Creates sales albums that include data and images for each unit of special facilities.
• Performs revision of plans to suit client’s requirements.

Job Requirements:

• The applicant must be a graduate in Architecture.
• Have at least 7 years of work experience in design.
• To have conceived and designed multi-storey buildings.
• Have a very good knowledge of the programs: AutoCad Architecture, 3D Max and Photoshop.
