As a dispatcher in Customer Service Support, you ensure our logistics services for our customers.
You record, complete and approve the transport orders of our customers, take care of the necessary shipping documents, order operating resources and commission our service providers.
You initiate, coordinate and monitor the entire transport and coordinate the necessary measures in deviation management.
After the transport has been successfully completed, you prepare the accounting.
- You have completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding clerk.
- You also have 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- You have preferably completed additional training in the areas of order management and dangerous goods.
- You are very familiar with MS Office, especially Excel, as well as with relevant SAP modules.
