Job Description:
- Maintaining a database of companies and agencies active in sales.
- Dropping contacts into the Database and related comments.
- Receiving feedback from customers staying at the hotel.
- Coordination of online reservations by phone and email.
- Receives reservations and forwards to the Front-Office room allocation.
- Coordinates with other sectors for half-board and full-board customers through the Front-Office.
Job Requirements:
- Have more than 1 year of work experience as a receptionist in the field of hospitality.
- To have completed Higher Education or to be continuing it for Hotel Tourism or other similar fields.
- To have knowledge of one or more foreign languages.
- Be flexible with working hours.
- To be communicative, responsible.
