Job Description:


  • Maintaining a database of companies and agencies active in sales.
  • Dropping contacts into the Database and related comments.
  • Receiving feedback from customers staying at the hotel.
  • Coordination of online reservations by phone and email.
  • Receives reservations and forwards to the Front-Office room allocation.
  • Coordinates with other sectors for half-board and full-board customers through the Front-Office.

Job Requirements:

  • Have more than 1 year of work experience as a receptionist in the field of hospitality. 
  • To have completed Higher Education or to be continuing it for Hotel Tourism or other similar fields.
  • To have knowledge of one or more foreign languages.
  • Be flexible with working hours.
  • To be communicative, responsible.
