Job Information:


Facilitate the information, evidence, file of the demands that the company receives to respond in conjunction with external legal advisors.

Respond to employees who request it to inform or clarify doubts about HR processes, policies and labor conflicts, among others. 

You would develops the entire documentary process and coordination before labor lawsuits, lawsuits, early conciliations or disagreements presented by collaborators.

Responsible for advising the organization’s Administrators and Headquarters on the correct application and execution of the company’s disciplinary processes. 

Job Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Law or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience advising managers in disciplinary processes
