Job Information:


Ensuring the data quality of a global/local system landscape including proactive troubleshooting and short-term ad hoc reports

First level support for HR locally and globally with a focus on organizational management

Implementation of internal training courses on the systems to be maintained

Independent handling of hiring and change processes in SAP SuccessFactors

Cross-country support with HR colleagues (e.g. HR Business Partner, HR Recruiting, Payroll)

Job Experience:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Office user skills (esp. Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Interest in human resources, especially HR processes and IT affinity
