Job Description:


  • Monitoring and regular control of the score on the software
  • Time management monitoring of absences, illness and delays 
  • Collect, process and consolidate payroll items
  • Follow-up of information and changes on employees (increase, loan and bonus)
  • Update of any changes on employee compensation 
  • Introduce change decisions 

Job Requirements:

  • Facilitate workshops with the parties concerned for the consolidation of data for the validation of attendance records and daily monitoring of employees.
  • Coordination with the accounting department for the validation of the elements then the processing of the payroll
  • Collect all payroll-related complaints, if necessary edit payslips in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintenance of legal books
  • Prepare the STCs of outgoing employees as well as all documents related to offboarding
