Job Description:

Ensure the control of cleaning and disinfection solutions,
Win the results of the checks carried out on the media provided for this purpose,
Inoculate the different products with the corresponding ferment strains,
Job Requirements:
- Ensure the maintenance of the various control devices and measures made available to it,
- Ensure the calibration of the PH meter made available to him,
- Holder of a university degree or equivalent title in microbiology, food science, dairy production and processing,
- Professional experience desired
- Residing in or around Dubai
