  • Formulation of manuals, announcements and notices;
  • Application of operational training;
  • Dealings by emails, WhatsApp and communication tools;
  • Monitoring and completion of indicators.

Job Experience:

  • Have completed higher education or are studying;
  • Experience with operational documentation and assembly of reports;
  • Have experience with customer service (SAC) in e-commerce or logistics;
  • Intermediate Word;
  • Intermediate Excel.
