Job Description:



Selection / Prospecting of suppliers,

Negotiation of prices and method of payment,

Support for internal customer orders,

Preparation of purchase order on ERP,

Follow-up of orders until delivery with the supplier and the site,

Recovery of delivery slips with service done and supplier invoice to proceed with payment

Complete the order tracking table

Fill in the TCO (comparative table of supplier offers)

Management of supplier/subcontractor contracts

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the field,
  • Good command of English,
  • Strong negotiation skills,
  • Organization and stress management.
