Job Description:
- Manage a sales team made up of experts in HR solutions and technologies and bring them to the expected objectives
- Adopt a position of leader coach by evaluating and supporting the rise in skills of the teams
- Responsible for your own key account customer portfolio to ensure loyalty and development
- Develop the business and manage the commercial activity on a daily basis using the CRM for precise monitoring
- Ensure a permanent competitive watch and participate in the development of new products & services.
- Work with the other departments: Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Technical & Communication in order to obtain the best quality of service for your customers.
Job Requirements:
- Managerial experience of a BtoB sales team
- A true leader, you know how to federate in a proactive spirit of conquest and commercial performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable written and oral communication
- At ease with web & mobile technologies
