Job Description:


  • Manage a sales team made up of experts in HR solutions and technologies and bring them to the expected objectives
  • Adopt a position of leader coach by evaluating and supporting the rise in skills of the teams
  • Responsible for your own key account customer portfolio to ensure loyalty and development
  • Develop the business and manage the commercial activity on a daily basis using the CRM for precise monitoring
  • Ensure a permanent competitive watch and participate in the development of new products & services.
  • Work with the other departments: Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Technical & Communication in order to obtain the best quality of service for your customers.  

Job Requirements:

  • Managerial experience of a BtoB sales team
  • A true leader, you know how to federate in a proactive spirit of conquest and commercial performance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable written and oral communication
  • At ease with web & mobile technologies
