Job Description:


  • Establishment of planning, implementation and control measures with regard to the ongoing training company and the employer: internal cooperation and cooperation
  • Coordination of the official application process, in particular with regard to the processing of applications for increases or applications for location changes, expansions or changes
  • Implementation of selected organizational projects and ongoing development tasks
  • Participation in the preparation of reports
  • Workshop moderation and (co)design of working groups, forums and similar events
  • Handling grievances on a case-by-case basis and assisting in the management of disciplinary actions

Job Requirements:

  • Completed studies (economics or social sciences or comparable fields of study)
  • Several years of relevant work experience
  • Team, communication and conflict skills
  • Secure computer skills
