Job Description:
- Establishment of planning, implementation and control measures with regard to the ongoing training company and the employer: internal cooperation and cooperation
- Coordination of the official application process, in particular with regard to the processing of applications for increases or applications for location changes, expansions or changes
- Implementation of selected organizational projects and ongoing development tasks
- Participation in the preparation of reports
- Workshop moderation and (co)design of working groups, forums and similar events
- Handling grievances on a case-by-case basis and assisting in the management of disciplinary actions
Job Requirements:
- Completed studies (economics or social sciences or comparable fields of study)
- Several years of relevant work experience
- Team, communication and conflict skills
- Secure computer skills
