Its functions will be to lead the fiber optic splicing procedure, HFC networks and structured cabling. 

Carry out the corresponding measurements that allow the proper execution of the work. 

Execute the fusion of the networks and guarantee their proper functioning. 

Report the deterioration or damage of the resources assigned for the execution of the tasks.
