Job Description:
Receive and analyze purchase requisitions from departments;
Meet with managers and employees from other departments in order to assist in identifying purchasing needs;
Analyze catalogs and newspapers ensuring that you are aware of what is sold locally;
Negotiate contracts with suppliers ensuring the most advantageous conditions for the Company;
Maintain files per supplier with delivery and payment records;
Keep up to date with market trends, new products and the Group’s material and supply needs;
Request proforma invoices, quotations and quotes from suppliers;
Explore the market in order to find more suppliers;
Go to the sales points to analyze the goods and inspect the material upon arrival;
